Compressed TIFF–(LZW compression) files are not yet supported.
Save Range TIFFs with maximum white at 235 and 16 black are not supported.
Only full input range TIFFS (means e.g. for 10 Bit 0..1023 codevalues, Black is 0,
White is 1023) are supported.
